      Nothing such. Worst Organisation. No Hike and Hiring and Firing people for promotion

      Cons

      Salary decrement instead of increment and extra bonus deduction from salary and Hike postponed also Every quarterly they announcement will be impacting Salary structure which was not pre declared. Worst management. No proper policy. They will override everyday if they want. Even that information not reflecting anywhere because communication gape all these announcement was not shared with clear communication.

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
