Dear colleague, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your perspectives and concerns are important to us, and we believe in maintaining open lines of communication. We recognize your concerns, particularly regarding the organizational bonus. It’s important to us that you understand the context and reasoning behind these decisions. This was a time when the global crisis impacted the growth of the entire IT industry at large. At Nagarro our approach has always been to do our utmost to carry our team through difficult periods. The decision about organizational bonuses was a careful measure taken to safeguard jobs of as many people as possible. We have now made amendments to the organizational bonus program and have started to evaluate org performance on a quarterly basis to pass on the benefits to each an every colleague as we go along. We are always open to hearing more from you and discussing any concerns you might have. Please feel free to reach out directly and provide feedback on the email feedback.hr@nagarro.com

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
