Pros
good growth if you get a good project. leaves are good in number, most of the festivals are considered and provide leaves for them as well.
Cons
they make people on bench go through every kind of tech training with new ones rolling every week which actually doesn't let you get command or properly understand every tech. they don't give proper or any kind of feedback at all. if you're not promoting or giving some opportunity to someone at least let them know what is lacking or what needs to be improved.
