Opportunity to work with the best in the field, there's a very strong team-oriented and family-like atmosphere encouraging leveraging each other's skills. Just enough outside work outside of everyone's comfort zone to keep them engaged. Performance is rewarded, ethical behavior is recognized and rewarded.
