Good health insurance plan. Possibility to work in a hybrid model (work from home), which greatly improves work–life balance. Generally respectful work environment, with good treatment from colleagues and management (depending on the team).
Cons
Salary is not very competitive compared to the market. Salary increases can take a long time and depend heavily on the team and the manager. Limited flexibility for salary adjustments, even with good performance. Support for certifications and professional courses is not guaranteed — it strongly depends on the manager and the area, rather than being a company-wide policy.
