Pros
Good life-work balance, and a good benefits plan. Great way to learn about other cultures, since they have offices in almost every country.
Cons
Constant re-organizations. Slow processes due to bureaucracy. They have lots of resources but they don't know how to use/manage them efficiently. No clear vision or roadmap. Bad management.
