      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits Nice work culture. But unfortunately people lose interest because of horrible managers in most of the teams

      Teams are formed randomly with inexperienced people as managers. Horrible people are made as managers. Most of the teams don't function properly because of that

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
