      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Vacation allowance is good. Working with people from other countries, truly multi-national. Good ethics, good pockets of technical expertise.

      Cons

      Moral is very poor throughout the company at the moment, management are distant and detatched. There is also a very prevelant 'us and them' attitude from the management.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
