Pros
Great benefits package (not including salary) and equal opportunity employer (until the last reorg). Sadly, the whole company culture have changed and it is no longer the equal opportunity employer Nokia used to be for years.
Cons
After the last global reorg, the focus is entirely on giving key jobs only to Finnish people in Finland and remaining less important jobs to people in India and China. Most other people were fired regardless of their past performance !
