      Pros

      Very good work/life balance and benefits. Americans got European style benefits.

      Cons

      Company is process focused and not innovative. High structure and overhead in the company prevent it from being nimble. Traditional style management where you have to navigate layers to communicate with the top.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
