      Pros

      Flexibility of work timings and freedom to plan once own work as per own wish. Good technical growth and work enviornment

      Cons

      No financial growth and no additional benifits and no onsite employee facilities even no cofee for employees very small sitting desks

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
