      New technologies, international team, social packet, benefit and compensations (according the grade), friendly and comfortable environment, high ethical standards, teleworking, self development (virtual and self paced online courses).

      There was a big staff reductions in Belgium after merge with ALU

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
