Business Outlook
Pros
- Work life balance - Flexi-time - Gives the freedom of implementing projects to its employees (solutions coming from the employees). - Office ambiance/working environment is amazing - World class health benefits (the best in PH at the moment in my opinion) - Competitive entry level salary.
Cons
- Very low yearly increase (compared to competing companies). - Basis for promotions is VERY questionable (favoritism, non-technical contributions, etc.). - It is very difficult to get a promotion within a team. Sometimes, the only means of promotion is switching to a different team/department/business line.
