      Pros

      Best bosses I've ever had. Best tools, best pay and best bonuses. Best opportunities for job rotation, self development and career building.

      Cons

      Consultations and work force reductions ongoing constantly. That means that no job security, and no organizational security, and no working peace because everything (organization, people) around you is constantly changing. Half the time I feel I need to get a new job FAST because I can't take this sort of stress about keeping my job in a less than optimal economy with a family to support.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
