      Good and challenging projects to work on

      Cons

      Work life balance is nil. Line management will target personally and gets abusive if you are unable to work 24/7 specially if you are woman. They vent out all their stress on the engineers. The word empathy is known to the line management.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
