Well known company. Helps with vendor meetings and the prospect of a larger account creates interest for companies who want to do business with our group.
Cons
Leadership has no central focus. Good ideas from within are rarely embraced. A certain arrogance from headquarters believes that Nokia will tell the market what it wants, not the other way around.
