Good benefits, great people, easy going attitude.
Cons
Talent and great can-do attitude don't matter, they can still cancel your project even if showing good results. Big organization, difficult to find the right people unless you've been in the house 10 years. Amount of R&D work cut to minimum from the "good-old-times".
