      Pros

      Good Work-Life Balance. Great people and company treats them well. Some interesting projects. Great global company, that cares about people and the environment (manufactures phones cleaning as possible).

      Cons

      Large company, so things take time to get done. The past two years (and the next) wil have lots of reorganizations, with reduction in staff, to save costs and stream line projects.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
