Pros
There is a lot of freedom given to the employees, and there is not too much pressure put on them. Most of the projects are split across the globe. So the interaction with global community is pleasing.
Cons
It is a manager-driven company. Most employees are mediocre. Compensation and benefits are very low compared to market. Due to this attrition is high.
