      Pros

      Great ethics record. A company that looks after you (but not your wallet). The work atmosphere is great. A great past....

      Cons

      Going nowhere fast. Not a place to grow as an Engineer (unless you climb the manager ladder). Lacking creativity in many areas due to stagnant, slow and out of date management.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
