Pros
Interesting work developing next generation mobile phones. Highly gifted and motivated people at my site. Good team spirit.
Cons
The company has a rapidly shrinking market share and needs to make harsh redundancies, but huge decisions are made in an erratic way. At some point people are aggressively hired to a big development site that is supposed to be growing, and just a few months later the whole site is going to be closed.
