Pros

- Great work/life balance. - Very open culture, with no or very negligible regional lobbying. - Plenty of good technologies to be interested in. - Well-defined Internal Job Market (IJM) process.

Cons

- Low paid employees are never corrected on their own unless they keep asking for it. In other words, don't expect the managers to appreciate your good work to correct your low compensation year-on-year. - Too many senior professionals have made this organisation as their retirement plan and have completely lost the technical touch to stay afloat in this fast technology-driven age. - Managers primarily try to "make more people happy" instead of "make deserved people more happy" which could motivate the latter group. This makes always the better lot to leave the company eventually after some time leaving behind only the lazy lot. - Although there is a well-defined structure for Internal Job Market (IJM, as mentioned in the pro's section, but, it is almost never experienced transparently. Too much of behind-the-curtain manipulation and politics done by managers for an aspiring candidate. It makes the IJM experience an event to forget for most of the candidates.

Pros

Great co-workers and local management. Interesting work projects. Fully committed to AI-enabled software development.

Cons

Unwritten expectation for evenings and weekend additional work. Felt like upper management viewed us as costs, instead of people.
