      Pros

      very wonderful working environment and colleagues are very friendly to get along with, good activities all around the year, good atmosphere to discussing issues and grow up.

      Cons

      dining hall is not a good choice for lunch.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
