Pros
There is a lot of talented and driven people at Nokia, and the latest products are really amazing. Nokia has managed to pull itself back from the brink of collapse. It went from being the best to not even being a contender. The attitude of the people at Nokia changed all that, and the company is now starting to recover and look strong again.
Cons
Nokia has always been slow to respond to change. Whether that change has been in the economy or the ecosystem the response has always been too slow. Another major minus are the salaries. The pay is not good!
