      Pros

      Nice workplace and environment, friendly managers, competitve salary (but not very high), opportunity to learn solid software engineering practices and modern technology (LTE)

      Cons

      sometimes corporarion cons (boring meeting, pointless trainings, stupid managers, incompetent coworkers), can drain motivation and joy

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
