Inexperienced management No development work. Most of the ppl around are foolish Everything is left to the discretion of the manager which is really bad. Pathetic Human resource who are pretty much jobless most of the time apart from conducting exit interviews. Dont join life tools team in Bangalore which is pathetic. Nokia as a whole has good poilicies but life tools has another set which is set by a stupid Director!
