Pros
-High HMO limit for employee and unlimited number of dependents meeting the criteria -Medicine and vision reimbursement -Dental package -Flexible time (no time in, time out) -No dresscode -Output oriented -No micromanaging -Spacious workspace -Culture is nice- employees are friendly (not all but most) Even the HR of another company was surprised with the health benefit package of Nokia. He/she said it was his/her the first time encountering that kind of benefit.
Cons
-Not much opportunity for growth or at least in the team I belong to -Not so competitive base pay -It could sometimes get so stressful especially when release date is nearing- OT needs to be rendered even on weekends -Not enough mentorship from line managers
