      Worked in the Asian team of this company. Company culture is kind and friendly. Not that many political things Higher than average compensation

      Lack of vision and seems to fall behind competitors on it. Act too slow

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
