      1. Good People 2. Challenging technologies 3. Not too much pressure

      Cons

      1. Financial position/general perception that company is doing bad 2. Little below par salary 3. Products are not well positioned in market 4. Slightly got the feeling that Finnish/German employees were looking at us as a competition and not sharing knowledge.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
