      Pros

      I am afraid I can't point out not even a single good aspect for working at Nokia. I mean if you want a job in which you can just get laid off, Nokia is the place to go. If you want your brain to get deleted go to Nokia :). If you are a girl and you like having sexual. fun, you can go to there to promote by charming the sloppy men.

      Cons

      Your brain gets deleted and jammed. Management is straight-up bad, or better said plain bad. Managers are just wannabees, they are not even able to talk, therefore they just have an abusive behavior and language. You don't get salary raises. You are just wasting your time/life in that place

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
