      - Attention to detail and quality. - Innovation, inspiration and motivation from engineers and line/project/product management. - Top level engineers of different backgrounds and countries. - Give time and space to grow, learn and innovate. - Flexible, relaxing environment.

      Cons

      - Poor salaries, benefits. - Need to maintain old projects, sometimes as full time work.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
