1. Great engineer company, unlike some small companies where the managers dominate. In Nokia, the engineers are the key values. 2. Many senior employees are at retired age, there is more opportunities for young engineers actually. 3. Good benefits, not that much push from management 4. With 5G coming out, Nokia has a chance to be back on the stage. If you join now, maybe there is something you can expect in the near future
Cons
1. If you like the city life, it might not be a good idea to work in Nokia. 2. Many colleagues are senior engineers, not just their levels, I mean the age. No offense, you can learn a lot from them about telecom knowledge, but it means there won't be that many company events, cause most of them are not that age. 3. Lunch is boring
