      Good benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      No career progression. Everyone is expected to work in their technical silos. Majority of Senior Management hail from one particular nation and they are biased towards their fellow country men. A lot of politics and nepotism due to that policy.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
