      Pros

      Union got us good pay and vacation until contract ran out.

      Cons

      Could care less about their employees. Everything is moving to third party model which basically turns a company into a shell. Has turned the once great Western Electric into a thing of the past. Poorly run company.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
