      - Great people - Good working atmosphere - Good work/life balance - Nice salaries even for fresh graduates - Flexible working hours

      - A bit too low effort in solving problems leading to delays in software provisioning. - Teams distributed all around the world - long time in getting answers for some questions.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
