Truly global, the concept of country does not exist Communication and information sharing Modern, fresh management style Flexibility Excellent work practices and metodologies (at least in theory) Good work atmosphere A great deal of tolerance for mistakes A great variety of roles and geographic locations
Cons
Low salaries Academic background counts very little Interna processes are good in theory but heavy, difficult to understand and almost impossible to follow in practice Too often promotions are not based on merit but on personal relationships Too many middle management positions that are not really needed Internal job market is not transparent
