      Inside Nokia it's easy to have access to any necessary tools to get the job done. When we need to purchase a device or a tool, it happens pretty fast.

      Decisions are take top-to-bottom Engineers don't have much voice inside the company It's difficult to change anything Growing inside the company is almost impossible Salaries are quite bad.
