People at senior Positions for over 15 years continue to work at higher salaries with less then 30% contribution. The capable person will be forced down with Friends being chosen over right candidate. Internal job IJM is completely fraudulent as 98% of jobs are filled with friends. Even right candidates are not given option to interview. The excuse is that many applications. HR has not heard software and apps usage to filter out resumes. People who are very capable are politically pushed down to the extent they leave the company. Senior management on the verge of retirement have a plan of moving outside India to increase their working age.
