      Pros

      Exellent work-life balance. Ok basic salary, but twice a year bonus makes gives it up to 15% more of yearly income Some great people to work with

      Cons

      Lost of uncompetent people. Finnish legislation makes it very hard to fire them. 2 top layers of management seems that they dont know what are the doing since 2007.
