      Pros

      Good starting salary, work flexibility, good medical coverage

      Cons

      It does depend on manager - I've got hired by a great one so I am really happy with work and team, but I've heard from other people that their teams aren't as competent / nice to work with. The pay doesn't rise with time as much as in other companies though.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
