Pros

Nokia is a very good place to work. They always plan things ahead of time like effort estimation, hours needed to complete certain feature. If someone is stuck somewhere in his/her task then the colleagues help them. Don't know about others but atleast my team conducts an evening sync just to solve any blockers the team members might be facing. The people and companies policies are respectful. No use of any kind of harsh language. In times of wfh, I found my department to be lineant enough to allow stepping away from work for 1-2 hours.

Cons

Nokia has introduced a hybrid/remote working model in 2022. But the catch is employee has to reside in the same state as job location. If someone really need to work fully remotely then they have to discuss it with 2nd line manager and if there is a business need then only people will be allowed to work fully remotely. For freshers with 0 years of experience. They have this graduate engineer trainee post the work is good but the compensation is not.
