      The best team. Knowledge-sharing with coworkers. Always growth as a specialist and a leader.

      Cons

      High dependency with workplace and project. Limited functions at the one project. Can’t change direction within current project: ex. Planning to optimization team.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
