- Good company benefits - Work life balance but depends on your team culture as well. - Get to learn many new technologies.
Cons
- Increments is range about 2% to 4% only, sounds common in Europe but not in other high inflation countries. - Too much unnecessary meetings and reviews. - Testing environment is sharing, no dedicate environment for the team most of the time and is time consuming to reinstall every time when need to use. - Still need to maintain some legacy product which using old technologies and codes can be messy and hard to trace. - Need to familiar with many products to understand the solution that company selling to customer which might take years to master. - Support workload is huge and need to fix some critical issues within short time frame. Tedious work to support many old versions of the same product.
