Pros
Depending on the team/product you belong and the Line manager you have, the working conditions are good. There is flexibility in many things not strict work from home/office conditions
Cons
The company does not really reward good performers financially. This only happens if you leave the company & come back after 6 months. Many Line managers are not supposed to have this position. Strong micro management is visible in many teams Poor performers are not handled as they should. As a result, there is not proper work balance within the same team
