Very good compensation package, great benefits, opportunity to change jobs or location whenever you want, wonderful opportunity for people looking for international career, numerous technical trainings available online or in class, very diverse population from all parts of the globe.
Cons
Too many restructurations, can be too much internally focused during transition period, until recently strategy changed too often, employee performance evaluation process can be improved, long hours at the job.
