Pros

If you don't want to work, this is the best place to be.

Cons

1. Senior leadership awards boot licking as opposed to competence and skills. They resort to bullying and intimidation as a way to manage people which leads to low self esteem and low self confidence in employees, ultimately affecting the mental and physical health of employees. 2. Definitely not a good place to be if you're a woman. You will be treated like a senior executive's personal assistant in no time. Flirt with them, they'll keep you and even promote you. If you're a strong independent woman, with a mind of your own, a strong drive for working and strong ethics, then this is not a place for you. You will be left disappointed. 3. Most internal roles are pre-selected based on personal relationships rather than skills. A mafia culture is built because of this practice. 4. Don't count on HR or Ethics & Compliance team for any support or justice. They only "implement" what the business executives ask them to do. They are certainly not for the people. 5. They don't keep up with market salaries for their current employees. Don't expect any growth in this company. 6. If you join this company in a sales role, be assured that you will be setup for failure from Day 1. They will set unrealistic targets that you won't be able to achieve and consequently question yourself and your abilities. This will then be used against you during your reviews. A company's reward scheme is a reflection of their work culture. Nokia is not #PowerOfN but #PowerOfMen. Just because Nokia has changed their brand, doesn't mean their core personality has changed. TLDR: toxic work environment; awful leadership; don't work here
