      There are quite interesting project from all around the world. People have the choice to device on which technologies want to focus and expands skills.

      Cons

      Recently the workload is higher than what it used to be. A lot of people left in the past few years and there are hardly any new hires.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
