      - Flexible working hours. - Experienced people in wireless technologies, you will learn a lot from them (when they are available) - Well restructured career path with clearer objectives and skill requirements.

      - Insecurity, layoffs are something to expect (and prepare for) - Low salaries compared to other competitors.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
