      They have maternity leave for father - this is the only think I can think of.

      Cons

      Low salary, bad management, you can give your heart so the product will be succeeded and you can cut off year after. In Israel you can find much better companies, let Nokia work with Indians engineer.

      Ambiguous role that can lead to difficult project governance. Independence of role can lead to getting lost during performance review
