      - Relaxed work environment - Stable product portfolio - Excellent benefits (PTO, 6% 100% match for 401(k) and annual bonus) - Thoughtful leadership (that has navigated a turbulent market amidst multiple mergers, spin offs)

      Cons

      - One might get stale due to the relaxed work style. - Not many opportunities to grow - Very heavy middle management

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
